Hotel Stara Poczta - Tychy

The convenient location was a definite plus.

We were in Tychy for 1 day, had perfectly pleasant stay, the hotel was fairly clean with exceptionally nice location by a charming historic area. The staff was very friendly and attentive at all times. The free parking was onsite, good service. Everything was excellent and met expectation: )

I had a great experience at this hotel. First of all, the location is fantastic. It's right in the heart of the old center, and there's even a brewery nearby which adds to the atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day.

The spa and pool area were amazing, a great way to relax after a long day exploring the city. the staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. the breakfast was delicious with a wide range of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the main attractions and public transportation.

The bed mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and could be improved to ensure a better night's sleep. Although the common area of the spa was nice, it was not always kept clean, and there were a few staff members who spoke in their native language, which made us feel a little left out.

I chose this hotel for my corporate retreat because it offers 2 meeting rooms for events, which was perfect for our needs. The staff was helpful and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. It provided a conducive environment for our business discussions and presentations.

The only thing I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to computers, printers, and other office equipment within the hotel to cater to our business needs.

The hotel's spa facilities are absolutely amazing. I felt like I was in a haven of relaxation, with the indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam bath, and even a salt room. It was like being pampered in pure luxury!

No elevator to the rooms.

The breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and shops. We also appreciated that the hotel provided free Wi-Fi, it made our stay much easier.

Our romantic escape was somewhat ruined by a few negative aspects of the hotel. There was a lot of noise coming from outside our room which kept us up at night.
